  1. Ma, emailed you an interesting article called the Gingrich Gamble. It's a good read for the pre debate. I plan on an 830p starting time if that works for you.

    ReplyDelete
  2. MiM will be joining, but only to be snarky.

    ReplyDelete
  3. Terry said...On schedule for an 830 start if that is ok with everyone...

    ReplyDelete
  4. Terry said....just started

    ReplyDelete
  5. Terry said...Romney is less orange today

    ReplyDelete
  6. Terry said...Megyn Kelly, she is all I want for Christmas

    ReplyDelete
  7. Presidents don't grow the economy assclown.

    ReplyDelete
  8. Terry said...Newt wants 7 three hour debates. Not going to happen

    ReplyDelete
  9. Just started so I'm a bit behind. This way I can correct you guys when you're wrong.

    ReplyDelete
  10. Rick apparently wants me to be on fire. Kthxbai

    ReplyDelete
  11. Terry said...Paul gets the 3rd party question.

    ReplyDelete
  12. Terry said...Paul said Obama is beating himself, too true

    ReplyDelete
  13. Terry said...Santorum has a creepy smile. Pause for 3 minutes Matt

    ReplyDelete
  14. Mitt immediately begins by not answering the question. I hate him and I hope he falls down a long flight of stairs.

    ReplyDelete
  15. Pausing. Contemplating mitts death for resorting to sound bites and not just answering the damn question.

    ReplyDelete
  16. Terry said...Yup, bad neck breaking question dodge by Mitt. I thought the question was good.

    ReplyDelete
  17. Terry said...where are you at Ma?

    ReplyDelete
  18. Quick fact - Bachman lives in the same town as the law firm I work for

    ReplyDelete
  19. Terry said...Bachman is an action figure and a real person, who nice

    ReplyDelete
  20. I'm on Santorum's answer. Will fast forward Hunstman and suffer through Squirmy McSquinty or whatever you called Perry, Terry. Orange man is talking now. That's I am.

    ReplyDelete
  21. Terry said...meant to say how nice

    ReplyDelete
  22. Tebow? Die die die die die die die Rick perry

    ReplyDelete
  23. Terry said...Perry is Tebow, how stupid. I'm at Huntsman. Pausing till you catch up

    ReplyDelete
  24. Romney is getting in his talking points. He won't be the only one to do that tonight. Annoying, though. On Bachmann now.

    ReplyDelete
  25. Terry said...Perry looks like a cardboard cutout

    ReplyDelete
  26. I'm sorry. I still like Bachmann. Just saying.

    ReplyDelete
  27. We're you aware that perry was from Texas? I had no idea.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Perry sucks worse than pretzels.

    ReplyDelete
  29. Terry said...Newt made his 3rd Regan reference, IM A CONSERVATIVE

    ReplyDelete
  30. Tebow? Really? Dumb. Dumb. Dumb.

    ReplyDelete
  31. Terry said...Paul sees a welfare vs. warfare congress, crazy man just showed up.

    ReplyDelete
  32. Bachman - cant spend more money than we take in. Absolutely correct. But that would require cutting the ENTIRE budget by fifty percent. Good luck with that.

    ReplyDelete
  33. Terry said...Huntsman got 80 percent in Utah, Fantastic, 80 percent of that was his family and wives

    ReplyDelete
  34. Terry said...at first commercial break. Will wait for you ma

    ReplyDelete
  35. Terry, in terms of spending, where social security and Medicare are part of welfare, he's not that far off.

    ReplyDelete
  36. Terry said...it's the warfare part that gets me, everyone but him wants to go to war and kill as many people as possible. Dumb

    ReplyDelete
  37. Terry said...still waiting for you at the commercial break ma

    ReplyDelete
  38. Newt has to fight all the bad press he's getting from Beck, et al. He has to convince us he's a conservative. Commercial break. I'm fast forwarding. Don't wait for me again - I'll catch you.

    ReplyDelete
  39. Terry said....Agreed on Newt, I still find the Beck thing interesting

    ReplyDelete
  40. Terry said...Yeah Mitt, Newt doesn't get that every business succeeds.

    ReplyDelete
  41. Mitt puts everything back on Obama. He's not taking the bait to go after Gingrich. Conservatives are questioning Gingrich, Romney doesn't need to. He's almost making Newt irrelevant. Smart political move.

    ReplyDelete
  42. Terry said... The good Paul just showed up.

    ReplyDelete
  43. More regulations you ass? How about not having Fannie and Freddie exist at all. Helping more people buy homes?!!,! That was the problem in the first place. Omgwtfbbq. Newt is a fucking retard.

    ReplyDelete
  44. Terry said...Again make Paul Sec of Edu, Energy, Hud and tell him to close up shop

    ReplyDelete
  45. Not enamored with Newt anymore. The National Review article sealed it for me. No wonder the polls in Iowa are so fluid. 50% of us have not made up our minds. Last debate I was all Gingrich and hated Romney. Now Romney is getting another look from me.

    ReplyDelete
  46. I get the first part - but what is "bbq"?

    ReplyDelete
  47. Terry said...Newt is getting hammered, justifiably

    ReplyDelete
  48. Terry said...Newt is flustered

    ReplyDelete
  49. I'ma go up to Woodbury and dry hump her for that one word.

    ReplyDelete
  50. Yes he is and he's taking all kinds of bait. He just defended government's mixing with business. I can hear Beck screaming "TOLD YOU SO!!!" Go get him, Bachmann. Told you she was good.

    ReplyDelete
  51. Stop with the sexual stuff!!!! I'm your mother!!!

    ReplyDelete
  52. Terry said...Newt is floundering, praising Romney. Yikes he is looking bad

    ReplyDelete
  53. What the hell. I'm going with the first person I liked in the first place. I'm going to vote for Bachmann. Let NH and SC sort it out.

    ReplyDelete
  54. Terry said...Huntsman and Santorum in Siberia

    ReplyDelete
  55. Ryan's solution is based on fantasy economic growth that is impossible.

    ReplyDelete
  56. I think the Fox people are hammering Newt.

    ReplyDelete
  57. Terry said...Fox likes Romney

    ReplyDelete
  58. Once again, Romney focuses back on Obama. Very disciplined.

    ReplyDelete
  59. Paul getting smacked for the one point of his hypocrisy I find credible.

    ReplyDelete
  60. Terry said...Paul dodges on earmarks. But on the constitution the good Paul shows up again

    ReplyDelete
  61. Don't be dissing Ryan. He's Terry's man-crush.

    ReplyDelete
  62. Terry said...Perry just looks confused

    ReplyDelete
  63. Ther are obviously 3 too many candidates up there.

    ReplyDelete
  64. Terry said...Perry is dumb, yikes.

    ReplyDelete
  65. Terry said...shut up Huntsman, a one note joke. I KNOW CHINA

    ReplyDelete
  66. Terry said....Santorum reviewed his Iowa map again.

    ReplyDelete
  67. Perry IS confused. He thinks he's looking thoughtful. The question was too long for him. Perry tries to create a moment by challenging Newt. Dumbass, you can't cut Congress's pay or their time in Washington. Dumbass.

    ReplyDelete
  68. When do they actually debate each other. This is Q and A.

    ReplyDelete
  69. Terry said...Romney takes it to Obama. Back on his game

    ReplyDelete
  70. Reviewing the map won't help Santorum a bit. He won't make it past NH.

    ReplyDelete
  71. Terry said...These have all been q and a, too many candidates. Newts gets religious

    ReplyDelete
  72. Newt is a fascist commie nazi Stalinist mullah.

    ReplyDelete
  73. Bs newt. Don't like the way the judiciary interprets your law. PASS A DAMNED NEW LAW. idiot.

    ReplyDelete
  74. Terry said...Newt slamming lawyers, Matt is not happy

    ReplyDelete
  75. How do you abolish a circuit court? Dumb dumb dumb

    ReplyDelete
  76. Terry said...Bachman thinks the court is the least powerful branch of gov't?

    ReplyDelete
  77. Again Michele, don't like the court interpretation, pass a new law. These people are starting to get dumb.

    ReplyDelete
  78. She said that it SHOULD be the least powerful.

    ReplyDelete
  79. Terry said...it is not that I don't like Paul, I just DO NOT want his as president

    ReplyDelete
  80. No, she's talking about judges MAKING law. That's what they're doing. Activists judges. Hey. In Iowa, the judges were on the ballot. It was our right to dump them.

    ReplyDelete
  81. Terry said...yup, Romney finally cracks 30 percent (barely).

    ReplyDelete
  82. Horse crap mom. Judges just interpret. If thei interpretation is really out of line, revise the law so that their interpretation becomes moot.

    ReplyDelete
  83. Perry doesn't even know how many justices there are.

    ReplyDelete
  84. Terry said...Yeah, the interpret it anyway they want, Happened here in WI. District judge halted a law for teh entire state because she didn't like the law. IT WAS FINE and did not need to be re-writen. Dumb, judges legislate all the time.

    ReplyDelete
  85. The judge thing just pisses me off because these people act like congress is helpless. Bs

    ReplyDelete
  86. Terry said...oh God here comes Paul

    ReplyDelete
  87. But where do you stop terry? Why stop at judges. How about jury decisions in criminal cases where you don't like the outcome. Dangerous shit newt is talking about.

    ReplyDelete
  88. Terry said...BS Matt, Judge Sumi in WI, check it

    ReplyDelete
  89. I know. They are supposed to interpret but that doesn't always happen. The biggest problem is how judges view the Constitution - do they see it through the lens of original intent or are they constructionists? Big, big difference.

    ReplyDelete
  90. Terry said...Don't agree with Newt, but legislative judges are here and do f things up because they can. Just re-write a law is dumb

    ReplyDelete
  91. Terry said...Crazy Paul just showed up

    ReplyDelete
  92. Really, Paul? The U.N.? Bomb that whole institution.

    ReplyDelete
  93. The Constitution decides. The problem is how judges interpret the Constitution.

    ReplyDelete
  94. Terry said...Paul wants to plug his ears and shout I AM OK, YOUR OK, WE ARE ALL OK.

    ReplyDelete
  95. Paul's whole problem on foreign policy is a problem of his world view. If he doesn't see an axis of evil out there, then yes, he's being consistent, but I don't agree with his world view.

    ReplyDelete
  96. Terry said...Iran openly states it wants to destroy Isreal, but Paul apprently does not want to hear it.

    ReplyDelete
  97. Good one Matt. Love how Brett's quote of Obama got a laugh.

    ReplyDelete
  98. Romney lost me now. Spend spend spend spend spend.

    ReplyDelete
  99. Romney is looking very presidential. I Romney/Bachmann ticket would be awesome. Too bad Palin ruined that.

    ReplyDelete
  100. Terry said...Crazy Paul is in full swing

    ReplyDelete
  101. Increased military spending would be great. So would a skittle crapping unicorn for every household.

    ReplyDelete
  102. Terry said...Newt rallying on the UN question.

    ReplyDelete
  103. Paul. Really. Read something - anything - on the Middle East. Bachmann is exactly right and Paul is an idiot. Where the hell was he on 9/11? And sorry Beck - I'll take Gingrich over Paul any day. U.N. again. Go Bachmann!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  104. Paul makes Bachman look bad with the Kennedy reference. Hooray libertarianism

    ReplyDelete
  105. We have enough money for the military if we scrap everything else that needs scrapping.

    ReplyDelete
  106. No way mom. Not even close. Mom has not done the math.

    ReplyDelete
  107. The Cuban missile crisis and Iran - apples and oranges.

    ReplyDelete
  108. So what do you want to do with the military?

    ReplyDelete
  109. Terry said...Paul thinks Cuba has a right to have nuclear missles.

    ReplyDelete
  110. Torture in Syria? Why do we care ? If we care there, how about most of sub Saharan Africa? Holy war bitches.

    ReplyDelete
  111. I hate the way Perry says Izrul.

    ReplyDelete
  112. Terry said...Perry just looks confused when he is asked a question.

    ReplyDelete
  113. I want to spend money on the military that is in line with bachmans suggested budget. Govt Only spends want it can take in taxes. No borrowing.

When you realize how much of a budget cut that is, you will realize how every candidates statement on defense policy is the equivalent of believing in skittle crapping unicorns. It's fracking unbelievable and it makes me want to vomit. We're either broke or were not Tese assclowns want it both ways. I hate them for this. They are not adults. Except Paul of course.

    ReplyDelete
  114. I wont comment on energy independence but will instead refer to the daily show episode I posted on this blog.

    ReplyDelete
  115. Terry said...nice BSG reference. But Paul is still a looney. My neighbor beats his wife and kids, guess I should not get involved.

    ReplyDelete
  116. I'll take any of these assclowns over Obama. ABO. Shut up Perry.

    ReplyDelete
  117. Obama is an assclown as well. As are most democrats.

    ReplyDelete
  118. Terry said...Battlestar Galactica, they used the work "Fracking" all the time

    ReplyDelete
  119. I agree about the energy independence thing. Probably the best piece Stewart has done. Love it. It's all rhetoric. Shut up Perry.

    ReplyDelete
  120. Ah did not know that. Is that show any good? Never seen it.

    ReplyDelete
  121. Terry said...Yup, best sci-fi series ever, just started watching Farscape. Huntsman's hair looks plastered on

    ReplyDelete
  122. Ok MiM out. I don't care to discuss immigration and if I listen to 10 more seconds of perry I might become retarded.

    ReplyDelete
  123. Terry said...by MiM, thanks for playing along

    ReplyDelete
  124. Terry said...Romney flustering on the flip flop question.

    ReplyDelete
  125. Terry said....Flustered/floundering take your pick

    ReplyDelete
  126. Terry said...punching Romney time about gay rights/abortion

    ReplyDelete
  127. Maybe, but I'm sick of the flip flop accusations. How many times does he have to defend all those points? I'm tried of it. He's answered all of this already.

    ReplyDelete
  128. Terry said...goes back to his cred, real or faked for political reasons?

    ReplyDelete
  129. I just don't think the flipflop thing works any more. Move on. This is where people get irritated with the debates. Conservatives nitpicking each other. Santorum, you're not helping yourself.

    ReplyDelete
  130. Santorum can come off as arrogant and "me, me me" at times. I still think Romney has proven his stripes. If Gingrich is truly a progressive, then Romney is less dangerous than that.

    ReplyDelete
  131. Terry said...Bachman is just not doing it for me, sorry. "I'm a serious candidate" she just does not get me fired up

    ReplyDelete
  132. Fair enough - but she is a TRUE conservative, and I agree with her on almost everything. Beck said tonight on O'Reilly that go would vote for Bachmann.

    ReplyDelete
  133. Terry said...Romney takes it back to Obama, smoothed himself out after a tough showing

    ReplyDelete
  134. That he would vote for Bachmann.

    ReplyDelete
  135. Did you catch what that guy in the crowd was saying?

    ReplyDelete
  136. Terry said....trying to quote the Regan commandment for Brett.

    ReplyDelete
  137. Yes, Romney is back on message.

    ReplyDelete
  138. Fun having Matt aboard. Can't wait for your wrap up.

    ReplyDelete
  139. Done...time for the round up.

Newt-Roughed up but finished ok, tough showing
Romney-back on his game, but still not sold
    Perry-Go back to Texas
    Paul-NO WAY IN HELL
    Bachman-meh,
Santorum-Please Iowa, you're my only hope
    Huntsman-China

    ReplyDelete
  140. You nailed it again. I'm down to Romney or Bachmann for my "send a message" vote at the caucuses. I am now officially scared of Newt unless someone or convinces me otherwise or scares me enough about Romney. I think we're down to Romney/Gingrich unless there's a suprise in Iowa. The only 2nd tier that could possibly move up after tonight is Bachmann.

    ReplyDelete
  141. Terry said...I just am not fired up about any of them. I am glad my choice will be made for me by the time we get to WI voting. See you tomorrow night
