Next Debate

So the next big debate is December 15. I am ready to watch and blog. I've been immersed in Christmas plans and not focused on politics much, so I am ready for another debate. Gingrich is still my man. Rush had a great monologue the other day on the republican establishment and the way they try to steer us toward the moderate candidate. There was also a good piece at National Review online about how we obssess over a candidate's sexual infidelities, but what does that really have to do with being a good president. He opined that Carter probably never strayed (although he admitted lustful thoughts!) and look what a crappy president he was. Actually, the article made much better points than I just did, but you get the idea.Seriously. Dink around if you must, but get us the heck out of debt. Christie was in Des Moines this week, and somebody asked him if he would be Romney's V.P. He looked at the woman and said, "Honestly, do I look like I could by ANYONE'S vice president? Can you see me sitting in the background nodding my head for 8 years?" Classic Christie. You gotta love it. Too bad it will be him vs. Rubio eventually. That is, however, a win-win. And, if you're watching The X Factor, (What? You're not?) Rachel Crow got hosed, and Nicole Sherzinger is an idiot.
