1. 999 never had a chance from the start. Here are my observations about Cain's situation (stuff I read or heard in the last few days). Where are all Cain's sexual harrassment accusers now? They were all going to appear "en masse" to do him in and give details. We have not seen any. Now this woman comes out of the shadows. She is broke, has a questionable past, and has accused other men of stuff. She said today that the last time she heard from Cain was last week. Really? Is he that big of a fool? The Chicago machine that produced Mayor Daly and son, the current mayor, and Barry himself is perfectly capable of drumming up this stuff. Victor Davis Hanson has an excellent article at National Review online called Obama 101. (Someday I'll figure out how to link it.) Anyway, it's a great read. In it he writes about how Obama brought a lawsuit to get rid of his opponents in his first election in 1996. Then the sealed divorce record of his Senate opponent in his race from his Illinois Senate seat were "mysteriously" unsealed and his opponent was forced to drop out. The only the left hates worse than a white conservative is a black one. Cain was destined to drop out, but I'm glad he's standing up to this. What a witch hunt.
