1. 999 gets 86ed.
I still don't believe all the stuff about Cain and the harrassment claims for reasons I posted early by Ann Coulter (Chicago connections, etc). However, this latest accusation from the woman from Atlanta sounds credible too me. The fact that it originated where he actually worked for a long time and the fact he is now "re-assessing" his presidential bid makes me believe there is some truth too it. Cain gets bounced, Bachman and Newt get bumps, Romney stays at the same 20-25 percent.
2. Occupy vs Tea Party. (UPDATE: I prefer to title this section - All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others.)
Mom loves this stuff. Richmond, VA Tea Party holds rallies at a public park on tax day and pays the city for use of the park, sanitation, and police overtime associated with its event (total is roughly $8000). Meanwhile, the Occupy Richmond protest goes and takes over the same park without permits. The mayor decides it is cool with him and even provides sanitation and police patrols. The Tea Party then submitts its receipts for its event for repayment. What happens next? The city of Richmond is auditing the Tea Party. Full article here.
3. Dad is now Rory McCloud.
Dad informed Katie (and me later) that after having attended the Mullihan Thanksgiving dinner he will be faking his own death if he has to go to the Mullihan Christmas. So if anyone gets calls from a person in a bad fake Scottish accent talking to you about the kids, tractors, Shipton, and your failure as a Catholic it is probably Dad who has faked his death and locked himself in the barn surviving on morning dew and Raccoon vitles.
